Spiritual Healing Massage – Cancellation Policy At Spiritual Healing Massage, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you book a session, we commit that time and space to your care — and we ask that you do the same. To ensure fairness and the smooth running of our schedule, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session price. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session price. Clients will only be allowed to reschedule an appointment one time before being charged the 50%. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment. The full session fee will still apply. Illness or Emergency If you are sick, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that true emergencies and illness can occur, and exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion.
